Project goal and rationale
SIA "Kulmen" invests in process digitalization within the European Union Cohesion Policy Programme 2021–2027, Specific Support Objective 1.2.2. "Leverage the advantages of digitalization for business development", Measure 1.2.2.1. "Support for process digitalization in commercial activities".
The project aims to digitalize the company's customer service and service proposal preparation processes by developing a new website with an integrated interactive service cost calculator.
Solution description
Within the project, a modern company website will be developed and implemented with structured information about services and automated service cost calculation functionality. The system will allow customers to select the necessary electrical installation elements online, enter the required quantity or volume, and automatically receive a calculated service cost proposal.
Expected results
As a result of the project implementation, SIA "Kulmen" customer service and proposal preparation processes will be significantly improved, manual workload will be reduced, and information processing will be accelerated. After investments in digital transformation, the company will be able to process customer requests more efficiently, prepare proposals faster, and increase the company's competitiveness and productivity.
